Trumbull County Court of Mutual Pleas
Richard L. James was a judge on the Trumbull County Domestic Relations/Juvenile Courtroom in Ohio. He was appointed to the court in 1993. He retired on December 31, 2012 afterwards losing a bid for re-ballot.[1]
2012 election
James was defeated by Sandra Stabile Harwood in the general ballot on Nov half dozen, receiving 48.73% of the vote.[2] [three]

Education
James received his undergraduate degree from Hiram Higher in 1973 and his J.D. from the University of Akron in 1981.[4]
Career
